The basics. This site is published by Anshumat Foundation, a Section 8 non-profit. Reading it is free. Using it implies you accept these terms.

Content. Everything here is for information, not legal/financial advice. We do our best to keep things accurate, but errors happen — flag them to us and we fix fast.

Donations. All donations are voluntary and final. 80G receipts are issued within 30 days. See the Refund Policy for narrow exceptions.

Conduct. Don't scrape, don't impersonate, don't abuse our staff. We will block accounts that do.

Jurisdiction. Disputes go to the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
