Refund Policy

General rule. Donations are final and non-refundable — they fund work that starts the day you give.

Narrow exceptions. Duplicate transactions, wrong amount entered, or processor errors. Write to us within 7 days of the transaction.

Processing time. Approved refunds are returned to the original card within 10–15 business days. 80G receipts for refunded amounts are voided.
