What We Learned Training 15 Women for Work

We set out to teach spreadsheets. We ended up teaching belief. In twelve weeks, a cohort of fifteen women built a shared language around work — their work, on their terms. The 4.7/5 experience score is nice. What matters more is the three who have already secured first jobs, and the others who are actively interviewing.
